RNP's Seaview Apartments offer permanent supportive, fully-furnished housing units to sixteen (16) chronically homeless adults with disabilities.  This HUD initiative provides residential stability combined with appropriate supportive, wraparound services as a cost effective solution to chronic homelessness.
