Regional Adolescent Program (RAP) is a CARF accredited, Department of Public Health licensed outpatient substance abuse treatment program designed for adolescents under the age of 18 who are experiencing drug and/or alcohol use disorder. Services include individual, group and family counseling sessions as well as substance abuse education and prevention groups. In addition, a support group is offered for family members.
