Regional Counseling Services (RCS) is a CARF accredited, Department of Public Health licensed outpatient substance abuse treatment program and psychiatric outpatient clinic for adult men and women who strive to become or remain substance free.  The program is also open to persons who are struggling with an addicted family member or significant other.  A variety of treatment approaches are used to explore personal, attitudinal and family relationship issues and may take place in individual, group or family settings as mutually determined by person served and the therapist.

RCS - Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a CARF accredited, Department of Public Health licensed intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program for adult male and female persons with substance abuse disorder and who require multiple contacts due to the severity of this disorder.  Sessions are conducted individually and in groups and are scheduled three days a week, lasting three hours each day.  Family members are encouraged to participate in the treatment process and counseling is offered as needed.
