Monroe Builds Communication (MBC) is a CARF accredited, Department of Public Health licensed outpatient substance abuse treatment program located within the Monroe School System. The program is designed for easy access to adolescents and their parents and provides substance abuse counseling, education, intervention and prevention. In addition, information and referral services are provided as well as a supervised summer playground for children of the Town of Monroe.
