John Hamilton
Chief Executive Officer |
John Hamilton
has worked in the field of addiction prevention and treatment since 1981
and is the CEO for Regional Network of Programs, a non-profit behavioral
health agency serving the greater Bridgeport community. Mr.
Hamilton holds licenses in Alcohol and Drug Counseling and Marriage and
Family Therapy. Currently, John is President of the New England
Association of Drug Court Professionals and President of the Connecticut
Southwest Mental Health Board. John is a permanent appointee for the
National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) Clinical Trials Network Steering
Committee and serves on the Executive Committee and Research Utilization
Committee. John serves on the Advisory Board for the Department of
Mental Health and Addiction Services and is actively involved in
community prevention councils in Fairfield County. Previously,
John was Chair of the Dissemination Committee for the NIDA Clinical
Trials Network and Chair of the Ethics Committee for the Connecticut
Certification Board. John presents locally and internationally on
a variety of topics in the field of addiction treatment and prevention.

Dorna Stover
Chief Operating Officer |
Dorna
Stover, RNP's Chief Operating
Officer, acquired her Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Sacred Heart
University, Fairfield, Connecticut. She received her Masters Degree in
Public Administration from University of Hartford, West Hartford,
Connecticut. Ms. Stover's vast accomplishments constitute twenty-five years
of diversified and progressively responsible experience within the
behavioral health environment. Some of the highlights of her
accomplishments are: coordinated renovations at the shelter's third and
fourth floors; monitored compliance
to fire and building codes; successfully secured funds via State Bond Commission; designed and
edited organization's annual reports; prepared policy and procedure
manual;
secured additional funding for renovations through applications for
grant-in-aid; revised the organization's
brochure; implemented first multi-user/multi-tasking computer system;
planned/implemented automated medication dispensing system;
supervised/prepared descriptive and trend reports in an automated
environment. Dorna is a member of DMHAS Multicultural Advisory
Council and the Co-Chair of Region I, Multicultural Council. |

Paul Kelly
Chief Financial Officer |
Paul
Kelly has worked with Regional Network of
Programs, Inc. from 1988 to present. As part of the management
team, he is charged with the task of running the business, setting
objectives and seeing that these objectives are met. As Chief
Financial Officer, he manages and administers all business and fiscal
activities such as financial statements and budgeting. He establishes and maintains internal
fiscal controls and assesses risk of all financial transactions.
He initiates and manages significant relationships within the community
relating to banking, insurance, legal issues and state and federal
funding sources. He also takes care of the company personnel
policies and benefits, agency grants and
contract preparations. Paul received his Bachelors Degree in
Accounting in 1985 and worked with Neill Tools, Inc. as the company's
Controller for five years before working with RNP. |

Tina Klem
Chief Clinical Officer |
Tina Klem,
Chief Clinical Officer for Regional Network of Programs, Inc. has worked
in the behavioral health field since 1990.
She received her Master in Clinical Social
Work from Columbia University and holds licenses in Clinical Social Work
and Alcohol and Drug Counseling. She is recognized as a certified
supervisor in Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Women's Health
Education. She is
responsible for supervising, directing and coordinating activities of
all of the outpatient and residential clinical programs within the
organization. With over eighteen years of social service experience, Ms.
Klem is actively involved in program planning, grant writing, system
analysis, leadership, training, and clinical supervision. She has
secured grants to provide expanded programming to the Latino community
and persons living with HIV/AIDS as well as enhanced clinical service
delivery for clients with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health
issues. Ms. Klem coordinates and manages clinical research trials in
cooperation with the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) Clinical
Trials Network. She has successfully collaborated with the University
of Connecticut Health Center and Yale University principal investigators
and research assistants to implement the following research protocols:
Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Women & Trauma, and Group-based
Contingency Management. She currently collaborates on the following
research protocols: Contingency Management and Galatamine for Cocaine
Abusers to enhance memory. Ms. Klem serves as the educational
coordinator and field instructor to social works schools in Connecticut
and New York. She creates individualized placements for interns,
orients them to the service delivery system and provides sound clinical
supervision to increase knowledge and skill level. Thus, she is always
contributing to the profession of social work and the future of
counseling services. |

John Schultz
Quality and Risk Management Director |
John has been employed
at various Human Service Organizations since 1980. He has worked in
residential programs with adolescents, adults with developmental
disabilities and adults with substance abuse issues. John was a
residential manager for the Connecticut Department of Mental Retardation
for fifteen years, with a primary focus of maintaining licensing and
accreditation for a residential group home program. In 1999, John became
the Director of Quality for a large substance abuse
provider in Fairfield County and was instrumental in the process of
successfully becoming a CARF accredited facility. In
2005, John became the Director of Risk Management and Quality Systems at
Stonington Institute.
